Moraba Hospitality was founded by Thapelo Moraba, a hospitality and workforce management professional with over 16 years of industry experience across New Zealand, the United States, and South Africa.

Throughout his career, Thapelo has built extensive experience in hospitality operations, workforce planning, client relationship management, and event execution. His background includes managing fine dining restaurants, leading large hospitality teams, coordinating staffing solutions for multiple clients, and delivering exceptional service standards across a variety of hospitality environments.

Having worked in diverse international markets, Thapelo understands that successful hospitality businesses rely on more than just filling shifts, they require dependable, professional people who represent their brand and contribute to outstanding guest experiences.

Prior to founding Moraba Hospitality, Thapelo held leadership positions responsible for recruiting, training, scheduling, and managing teams of more than 150 hospitality professionals while overseeing staffing operations for numerous venues and events. This hands-on experience provided valuable insight into the challenges businesses face when sourcing reliable staff at short notice.
